We have implemented a fix and all tabs within the Data section are now accessible again. You should now be able to view your data as normal. Thank you for your patience while we resolved this issue.

Identified -
We are currently experiencing a delay in data processing that affects the Data tab in Semble only. This impacts reporting capabilities within that tab. All other Semble functionality is operating normally. As a result, customers may see stale or incomplete data across reports in the Semble Data tab.
Our engineering team has identified the underlying cause and is actively working to restore normal processing. Historical data is not at risk. Once processing resumes, affected data will be backfilled automatically.
This issue is currently limited to UK customers. Other regions are operating normally.
We will provide a further update by approximately 10:00 BST.
