When creating a letter, the following fields may not be saved correctly after clicking “Save”:
Recipient
Copied in Recipient
Location
Letter Subject
If you experience this issue and are unable to save your letter, please re-add the affected fields before saving the letter again. This should allow the letter to save as expected.
